The Salon is an adult only area. In consideration for other clients, children are not permitted in the salon unless being serviced.

Special Services

Special Packages must be guaranteed with a major credit / debit card.
Hair replacement, extensions, and sew-in services must be guaranteed with a major credit / debit card.


Reservations can be made 1 week in advance. We recommend you schedule your next service upon checkout.

Cancellation /Punctuality

Please be punctual for all appointments, this aids us in servicing you in a timely manner.

We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to any spa services

We require a 48 hour cancellation notice to allow us to re-book that time slot.

Appointments cancelled in less than 48 hours and no shows will be charged 50% of the value of the services schedule to the credit card on file or the gift certificate value.

Gift Certificates / Cards

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and can only be use for any products or services we offer.

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards must be redeemed before the date of expiration.

Return & Refund Policy

Unopened/Unused Product Guarantee

Signature gives full refund on product(s) return, if you change your mind or not satisfied with your purchase. Product(s) should be in the original packaging and condition in which you have received them. It can be exchanged or returned only if the product(s) are unused. Returns or exchanges are acceptedwithin 10 days of your purchase

* Partially Used Product Guarantee Skin Care products that are used more than 50% are not entitled to a partial refund/store credit. Eligibility for our Partially Used Product Guarantee is entirely at the judgment of Signature Salon Suites and Spa representatives. We evaluate returned product(s) both by weight and by volume. Repeat returns on the same products or from same customer will not be accepted for refund. Store credits only on approved returns.

Cellphones / Tablets

We request that all phones be kept on vibrate while in the salon for the relaxation of all of our guests.

We request that all tablets be kept on silent or used with an earpiece.

If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member – or if you’d just like to get a fresh point of view – please let us know.

For Your Protection

We regret to inform you we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit. On spa days, please leave valuables at home…One less thing to think about.

For the protection of your clothing, please change into the smock provided.
